The School Council

The School Council is made up of two representatives from each class. These members are elected by their class and formal voting takes place each September, just like a real election.

The elected members then have the job of representing the views of their classes at regular meetings as well as all helping with the smooth running of the council. An elected chairperson runs the meetings and makes sure everyone has a say.

The council members also take suggestions made by the pupils to Miss Coxhead regularly. This means that their views are listened to and these are considered when decisions are made.
