After reflecting on our school value of Endurance, Year 2 thought about people they know or admire who have shown this value.

We discussed the NHS staff and the strength and perseverance they showed during the pandemic. Children then wrote personal thank you letters to give to NHS workers.

Our cards were given to paramedics at Homerton Ambulance Station. These wonderful NHS staff worked the entirety of the pandemic. We were told that they were overwhelmed with love and support when reading our cards!
