D.T. at The Delaunay!

As part of their Design & Technology  learning, Year 3 have been exploring taste and food types with Chef Regis, Head Pastry Chef at The Delaunay Restaurant.

During Term 4, Chef Regis and his team came into our classroom and Year 3 were introduced to the power of our senses when tasting food, they then explored exotic fruits - many that they had never seen before!

This week, Year 3 had the opportunity to visit a commercial kitchen in action! They explored the different elements of the kitchen at The Delaunay and then were supported with baking blueberry muffins and creating their own chocolate lollipops.
